Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Heaven On Earth Resort, located in the beautiful Kumrat Valley, Pakistan. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your reservation.

1. Booking Policy

Reservations can be made online through our website using the enquiry form or directly via WhatsApp or email.
Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received and verified.

2. Payment Policy

We currently accept payments via Bank Transfer only.
Full or partial advance payments must be made as specified during the booking process.
Booking confirmation will be issued once payment proof is provided and verified.
If no payment proof is received within 48 hours of booking, the reservation may be canceled automatically.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
No refunds will be given for early departures or no-shows.
In case of unavoidable circumstances (such as road closures, natural disasters), we may offer rescheduling without penalties, subject to availability.

4. Check-in / Check-out Policy

Check-in time at 11am
Checkout time 10 am
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Resort Rules

Guests are requested to respect the peace and natural environment of Kumrat Valley.
Loud music, disruptive behavior, and littering are strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed upon at the time of booking.
Smoking inside the domes is not permitted.

6. Liability

Heaven On Earth Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.
Participation in outdoor activities (e.g., trekking, jeep rides, campfires) is at the guest’s own risk. We recommend suitable clothing and precautions.

7. Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected during booking is kept strictly confidential and is used only for reservation and communication purposes.
We do not share, sell, or distribute personal information to third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

Heaven On Earth Resort reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Guests are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
